  • Orders of standard items made before 11am on the day of delivery are delivered the same day.

    Delivery days are;
    Brisbane - Monday to Saturday
    Byron - Wednesdays
    Sunshine Coast - Tuesdays
    Gold Coast - Wednesday to Friday
    South Australia - Monday to Friday
    24hrs notice is required for Adeliade metro deliveries and 48hrs for regional areas.

    All other orders will be shipped on the same day using a preferred refrigerated shipper.

  • How is your water purified?

    We use water filtered through 3 stages of paper filtration and purified through a reverse osmosis system then sterilized by UV light.

  • Can you make something I have in mind?

    We are open to any custom ideas that you may have, if you can dream it we can freeze it. we regularly freeze florals, create luges and add logo's to piece's of ice (additional charges may apply.)

  • What if I don't have room to use or store clear ice in my bar?

  • The ice machines have one freezing element on the bottom causing the ice to freeze from the bottom up, this along with the constant flow from the water pumps ensures no air or impurities can settle.

  • Why does my ice crack when I add liquid to the glass?

    This is caused because the ice has been heated too quickly by the liquid. The only way to avoid this is to let your ice temper (come to temperature). This is easily achieved by setting your ice into the serving glass prior to mixing your drink. After a few minutes the ice will have tempered.

  • How long does it take to freeze a block?

    Each machine takes about 3 days to produce 2 140kg blocks.

  • Do you offer bulk order discounts?

    We do! If you order 8 or more cartons of ice a 10% discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
